Payment is due in full when your flute is returned. We accept cash, checks, and Venmo payments.

If you pay with check or cash, you’ll receive a 5% discount off the service price.

Partial and full COA services typically take 1 week to complete. Other repairs and overhaul services vary in their length.

All services will take longer if parts are required that are not currently in stock.

An estimated range will be provided on receipt of your flute.

You may drop your flute off with me in person if you are near my workshop in Ayer, Massachusetts. Once service is booked, we will provide you with the workshop address.

You may ship your flute to us as well. Be sure the flute is fully insured and has a tracking number for shipping. It will be shipped back to you with full insurance and with a tracking number. An extra shipping charge will apply.

We offer COA, repair, and overhaul services for alto, bass, and C flutes.

Contrabass flutes, please call first.

We do not service piccolos at this time.
